OR Update 3

Jacob is off the bypass machine and stable. They report they will have about another hour wrapping up.

(oh dear god that was a long couple of hours)

  2. Not too much longer now... trust me, the waiting is the hardest part. I remember seeing Ian for the first time after his heart surgery and I think it was the most glorious sight I've ever seen. I ran to him and was so happy to be with my little baby. From that point on, it will be you and him, together, as he heals and heads home with his new heart. And just being able to be there with him and hold his hand, whisper and sing in his ear and shower him with kisses was just what I needed... and him too! You are so close... prayers and hugs!
